Uncontested Divorce in Las Vegas

An uncontested divorce is the quickest way to get a divorce in Nevada. However, to file for an uncontested divorce, both spouses must agree on every factor involved, including how to divide their assets, property, and debts, as well as child custody, child support, and alimony.

Uncontested divorce is ideal for spouses that do not have children and do not need to divide property and debts, but any couple that agrees on all the issue can seek an uncontested divorce.

The fastest and least costly way to file an uncontested divorce is to file a joint petition in which both parties agree to all the terms of the divorce. If there is not complete agreement, or if there are certain complications, then one spouse can file a complaint against the other and seek to settle the difficult issues before a trial is needed.

How I Can Help

My fees for an uncontested divorce are affordable compared to other law firms. I charge as little as $700 (all fees and costs) for a simple uncontested divorce (no property, debt, or children). If property, debt, and/or children are involved, then the total price ranges from $800 to $1,000.
