Estate Planning Services
Pricing
I decided to offer simple estate planning services to families at an affordable price because every family, regardless of their income or assets, can benefit from an estate plan in the case of death or incapacity. Many Nevadans and Utahns need a simple estate plan but can’t afford to pay what most law firms charge (typically $1,200 or much more for a revocable trust package). They also want to avoid purchasing a one-size-fits-all estate plan from a random website without the personal assistance of a licensed attorney.
Piccolo Law Offices fills the void between the other options by offering custom estate plans prepared by a licensed attorney at an affordable price. My prices are affordable because I focus on simple estate plans and keep overhead to a minimum by providing services online.

I will not merely create your requested estate plan and then leave the rest to you. I will consult with you personally in crafting your plan and guide you through the process of executing and funding your plan. I will be available during the entire process to answer your questions.
What is a simple estate plan? It’s a plan designed to transfer a person or couple’s assets at death to specified beneficiaries and does not involve too many assets (less than $1.5 million), complex business interests, or any unusual circumstances. Contact me to find out if I can handle your estate plan. If I can’t, then I will be happy to refer you to an attorney who can.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Is the Process for Obtaining My Estate Plan?
Once you contact me, I will meet with you either via phone or video conference for a free consultation to determine whether I can assist you with your estate planning needs. If you decide to move forward, then I will work with you to determine exactly what you want in your estate plan. I will then draft your estate plan, allow you to review it, and make necessary changes. I will send you a completed hard copy and an electronic copy of your estate plan with detailed instructions for execution and, if applicable, funding it. I will be available to answer your questions via phone or e-mail while you execute and fund your will and/or trust.
Do You Get Less by Using Online Attorney Services?
No. With Piccolo Law Offices, you get the same professional quality estate plan as any other law firm, and you also get the convenience of being able to meet with an attorney from your own home at a time that works best for you. Some people might prefer to meet in person with an attorney in a more traditional setting, which is understandable. Piccolo Law Offices is able to meet your estate planning needs in the way that is most convenient to you.
How Long Does It Take to Create an Estate Plan?
Typically, I can have a conference with you within a few days of receiving your request to work with me. After our conference, I can prepare a first draft of your estate plan within 5-7 business days. You will usually receive your completed estate plan within a week or two of contacting me, depending on what timeline works best for you.
When Should I Create My Estate Plan?
Many people avoid creating an estate plan, perhaps because their death doesn’t seem imminent (which is hopefully true), they don’t know how to create one, or they can’t afford to hire an attorney to do it for them. As you know, death or incapacity can happen unexpectedly, so the sooner you prepare an estate plan the more likely you are to make your personal wishes legally binding. As for affordability, Piccolo Law Offices exists to help make estate planning affordable for the vast majority of people.
