Many small businesses face decisions and questions about employment law on a regular basis but can’t afford to hire an attorney in-house. They also can’t afford to pay the hourly rates of most employment attorneys when they need legal help. The average hourly rate for attorneys in Nevada is $255.

Piccolo Law Offices offers monthly subscriptions for small businesses that need intermittent or regular legal help. Subscriptions include a set number of hours of assistance each month, and after you use those hours you get a reduced hourly rate for additional hours. My firm can give you advice on employment law matters and also review or draft contracts and other documents. Prices for litigation are negotiated separately at a reduced rate, depending on the type of litigation.

Here are the types of monthly subscriptions:

  • Basic: $44/month, 1 hour included, additional $170/hr
  • Premium: $99/month, 3 hours included, additional $150/hr
  • Elite: $199/month, 5 hours included, additional $125/hr
