Sexual Harassment Training for Utah Employers

Sexual harassment is a big problem in the workplace, and if it is not prevented or addressed effectively and appropriately, then it can cost an employer a lot of money and create a toxic work environment. Requiring your employees on all levels of the company to do sexual harassment training is a smart investment that can benefit your business.

We offer a sexual harassment training program tailored to each type of employee–executives, managers, human resources, and regular employees. Our program is interactive, engaging, and thorough. It can teach your employees to understand what is and is not appropriate in the workplace and what to do if they are subject to, or observe, sexual harassment. The training also teaches managers and executives how to address complaints of sexual harassment in a way that protects their employees while also minimizing legal liability.

The cost of the training depends on what specific needs and goals your business has, but we will work with you to tailor a program that meets your needs and that is also affordable. The training can be shorter or longer and in small groups or large groups. We can adapt to the needs of small businesses and large corporations. If desired, you can require your employees to complete a test at the end of the training, and they can sign a certificate of completion that remains in their personnel file, which can be renewed on a periodic basis.

In the end, having some type of sexual harassment training is the right thing to do to protect your employees and your business.

Contact us today if you are interested in having a licensed attorney who is experienced in employment law provide sexual harassment training for your employees. We are able to provide training (in-person or virtually) to employers in any part of Utah.
